SHIPPING INFORMATION AND OPTIONS – U.S.
HVTMerch.com orders ship from Hollywood, CA. Our current order processing time is approximately 1-4 business days for in-stock merchandise.
During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment center and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, 10am – 6pm Pacific time, and excludes Holidays and weekends.
Orders with ship to addresses within the U.S. will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail at customers choosing. USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days. USPS Express Mail typically arrives within 1-2 days once shipped. Estimated shipping times may vary during high volume shipping seasons.
HVTMerch.com shipping rates are calculated based on total weight and dimensions of the item(s) ordered and the zip/postal code of where the order is being shipped to. NOTE: Oversized items are subject to additional shipping/ fees.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. The number of delivery days indicates the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.
All suspect orders are subject to verification, this is done for your protection. Suspect orders will be held until verification.

Returns
We sincerely hope that you enjoy your HighVoltageTattooMerch.com purchase; however, if you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly help you with the process. Please review the guidelines below prior to your return to ensure that your merchandise is eligible for a return/refund.
Return Guidelines
Please notify us via e-mail at admin@highvoltagetattoomerch.com if you need to return an item. We will email you a return label and instructions after reviewing the reason of return. Affix the return label to the outside of the packing box/envelope. Include the return form with your merchandise and mail to High Voltage Tattoo On-line Returns: 1259 North La Brea Avenue, West Hollywood, CA 90038.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your account within approximately 10 business days from the date the return is received by High Voltage Tattoo. The credit may be reflected to your account on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
Exchange Policy
Due to high merchandise demand and varying stock levels, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a new product, you may return the original item in accordance to the return guidelines and place a new order.
Damaged Goods
Defective and/or damaged merchandise due to shipping must be reported to HighVoltageTattooMerch.com within 30 days of purchase, and pre authorized for return to be considered eligible for a refund. Please contact Customer Service to obtain authorization and a pre-paid shipping label to cover return expenses. A refund of the original product cost, taxes, and pro-rated shipping charges will be processed within 10 business days from the date that the damaged/defective goods are received at High Voltage Tattoo.
Pre-Sales
For items that are sold on pre-order status, your account will be charged at the time that your order is placed. If the order cannot be fulfilled within a few weeks of the advertised date, your account will be credited in full. If you choose to cancel your order before it ships, your account will be credited in full. Please contact customer service if the credit has not been received. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow the return policy and guidelines.

At this time we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for High Voltage Tattoo or Kat Von D merchandise purchased at the High Voltage Tattoo shop. Tattoo shop merchandise purchases are final; however, we care about your satisfaction.
